Sadly we bought this from Amazon and by the time the Plumber / Electrician came to fit it was past the 30 day return period so they won't take it back. Apparently we have a max capacity load in our Shower room for replacement of 8.5Kw so they won't fit, who knew?. It is brand new, never taken out of the box, maybe ideal for someone doing a new shower room. Cost £331 new happy to accept £275. Buyer collects however I am prepared to deliver anywhere in the East Midlands for a small transportation cost, it is quite heavy
